The Treasure Hunter

The eccentric Treasure Hunter,

With metal detector he set out,

To dig up massive fields for treasure,

And make some money out.

In a field in Pennsylvania,

He started his hunt for treasure,

And thought that he could find things,

Priceless beyond measure.

He dug the field here and there,

And thought that treasure would turn out,

But the first thing that he found,

Was a hook in the bones of a Trout.

He found some rusted metal,

And a can of baked beans,

He dug around some more,

And found a button with torn jeans.

He found a fairly new compass,

With torn bits of some maps,

And during all that time

He made an army of bottle caps.

He thought he would become rich,

And find a lot of treasure,

But everything that he found,

Was worthless beyond measure.
